260,000 square foot industrial distribution center located in the Roane Regional Business and Technology Park in Roane County, Tennessee. This Class A rear load facility will feature state-of-the-art building specifications ideal for a variety of e-commerce, manufacturing, and distribution users. The development will include above market trailer and auto parking counts as well as future industrial outside storage, and will be situated on an approximately 40-acre site with delivery projected to be 1Q 2023. The project will be delivered by TPA Group, an experienced Atlanta-based developer with a national industrial development platform. With a history of over 275 speculative, build-to-suit and re-development projects to date, TPA Group is adept at navigating the complex nature of development/construction management in order to successfully deliver an enduring, on-time, on-budget asset.

The Knoxville Logistics Center is located in the Roane Regional Business and Technology Park (RRBTP). The RRBTP is a new 655-acre industrial park fronting the interstate (I-40), geared toward light to medium industry in a campus-like setting. The park is only five minutes from the I-75 corridor and within a day's drive of two-thirds of the country's population. The site is bordered to the north by the Clinch River and to the south by Interstate 40, where it is served by a dedicated interchange "Industrial Park Rd" (Exit 362). There are more than a dozen industries located in the park, which is anchored by H.T. Hackney, a wholesale food distributor and one of the largest wholesale distributors in the US. Volkswagen's newest parts distribution center is under construction at the park's main entrance.
