Description

Crocs Sunset Sport Bar has become an island destination for sports events, music, and dinning. Located 10 minutes from downtown San Pedro on the water facing West. Restaurant patrons can enjoy an unobstructed view of the sunsets over the lagoon. Located in the Tres Cocos neighborhood which is known for luxury villas and resorts. This area is experiencing high growth with new condo developments providing hundreds of new vacation rentals. Sunset Caribe is entering Phase 3 will have a total of over 140 luxury condos when completed.

Main Level Bar and Restaurant
Total seating capacity is 100 or more. The bar has seating for 20 plus guests with 7 large screen TV’s that provide for multiple sports events to be on at the same time. An additional TV located in the Southwest corner provides viewing for the rest of the bar. The bandstand area is large enough to provide space for a bank and equipment.

Waterfront Dining Area
The dining area comfortably seats 48 with 4 dining tables for seating of 4 and 4 dining tables with seating for 8. This area has unobstructed views of the lagoon and sunsets. The covered patio provides shade and protection from the rain.

Full-Service Horseshoe Bar
Bar Seating for 20 plus guests with views of the large screen TVs. Bar includes large stainless-steel refrigeration unit, beer taps, and full selection of products for mixing the most popular Caribbean cocktails. The bar has 360-degree access that provides efficient use of space for bar staff. The kitchen entrance is directly behind the bar area

Large Commercial Kitchen
The fully equipped commercial kitchen provides ample space to cook for the 100-guest seating capacity. The kitchen has gas stove, flattop grill, refrigeration, and prep area. The kitchen entrance is directly into the bar area providing quick access for table service and easy communication with staff.

The Rooftop Bar
The Rooftop area has panoramic views of the lagoon and the Barrier Reef. The bar area is covered by a large palapa providing protection for the sun and rain. This area has some of the best sunset views on the island. Enclose part of this area with glass and have the only sunset restaurant with air conditioning and views on the north side of the island.

Ground Floor Patio and Entertainment Area
The ground floor level has a large covered over-the-water deck allows guests to fully experience the beauty of the lagoon. There is plenty of covered space for dart games and corn hole tournaments. Also, a large area for a bar that is steps away from the deck. The cistern is approximately 20’ X 20’ X 7’. This area includes 2 storage rooms.
