Description

Today, Corporate Woods® office park features 25 office buildings with approximately 2,100,000 square feet of highly desirable office space. Twenty of the office buildings, as well as the Retail Shops, are owned by Group RMC USA.   Block Real Estate Services, LLC is acting as the exclusive leasing and management agent. Seven buildings, including the Doubletree Hotel, are under separate ownership.

Corporate Woods® is a planned 294-acre office park mostly owned by Group RMC USA. Block Real Estate Services, LLC is the exclusive leasing and managing agent. At present, 28 buildings totaling over 2,250,000 square feet have been completed. The 250,000-square-foot-Building 82, a Class A twin of Building 84 at the west end of Corporate Woods® on Mastin Boulevard, was completed in September 2001. Four more Corporate Woods® office buildings totaling approximately 1,100,000 square feet are planned for the future in the northwest corner of the park.

The green spaces (and year-round color) are a big attraction at Corporate Woods® office park.  Each year


4,000 tulip bulbs are planted throughout the park. 

Corporate Woods® Putting Green 


Corporate Woods® has a regulation putting green for use by Tenants and guests.  Beautifully landscaped and


complete with sand traps, chipping area and ball washer.  Located immediately south of 82 Corporate Woods®,

just north of the Doubletree Hotel.
