This 7,000 acre parcel of land is located in the Toledo District. This Belize Real Estate is still largely covered with lush forest. This property is divided in two large parcels, one being 2,400 acres and the other being approximately 4,600 acres. This is among one of the last untouched large parcels of land in the Toledo District.

Bounded on the south by Toledo Institute for Development and Environment (TIDE) and on the other side by Deep Creek by Payne’s Forest Reserve, both being reserves. This property also boasts over 6 miles of border along Deep River, which further extends into the Caribbean Sea. Deep River is navigable to the Caribbean Sea. Being near both protected area, the area is rich with fauna like Tapirs, Deer, Manatee and flora like Rosewood, Mahogany and Cedar.
