Casa Paraiso is a modern colonial-style home with two bedrooms and two and a half bathrooms. The bedrooms vary in size, with one serving as the principal bedroom and the other as a guest or second bedroom. The third room is currently an office but could be converted into a nursery or kids' room. The kitchen, dining space, and living room have an open floor plan, perfect for entertaining. Just outside the living space is a large balcony with a hammock and an additional dining table.

Casa Paraiso shares a pool area with two neighboring homes. The pool area includes a gazebo, grill space, pizza oven, and wet bar, ideal for entertaining guests, friends, and family. Casa Paraiso is part of a gated community, and owners can choose to join the shared pool and BBQ area, which requires an extra fee. The new owner can request to be accepted by the manager to join. Alternatively, they can build their own private pool or do both.
