This Hotel is an excellent opportunity for investors or perhaps a mature family wanting to make that quantum leap but earn money from day one. It is fully operational, has all the required licences and basically runs itself with the management I have in place, including my son Mike as the general manager. Unlike seasonal beach and mountain properties. It tends to be busy year round. Many Floridians and Texans fly to Costa Rica to escape the heat, while vacation property owners and Latinos enjoy traveling in the off-season. Este hotel de lujo está convenientemente ubicado a unos diez minutos del Aeropuerto Internacional San José Juan Santamaría (SJO) y a diez minutos del centro de San José. Recientemente ha sido decorado en un tema interesante y relajante de la jungla maya. Las treinta y cuatro habitaciones del hotel tienden a ser bastante espaciosas y con mucha carga, la mayoría con dos camas queen size, algunas con tres, todas con baño privado, algunas con bidé, la mayoría con televisores de pantalla plana, acceso inalámbrico a Internet, aire acondicionado Marque teléfonos con VoIP para hacer llamadas internacionales, cafeteras, un pequeño escritorio y sillas, un armario ropero atractivo y una cómoda, y una caja de seguridad en la habitación.
