Description

This is a "Turn Key" Brew Pub with a State of the Art half million dollar stainless steel 7.5 Barrel Brewing System. The restaurant seats 265 guests plus the 55 seats on a large curved bar. The private dining room can host up to 50 people, and another 50 people for outdoor summer dining. The full service kitchen can produce everything from pizza, steaks, and fries, to gourmet seafood. The large walk-in cooler includes an attached energy efficient walk-in freezer. The entire restaurant sits on a highly visible large 2.36 acre corner lot with parking for 140 cars. This very popular Brew Pub closed because of a partnership breakup. Total traffic past the corner is 16,400.
