Sea Ridge Reserve is a private, natural, 945-hectare, retreat in the coastal mountain range of Costa Rica’s Southern Zone, overlooking Uvita and Playa Ballena. The vast majority of its hundreds of hectares have never been disturbed by human activity and remain home to all manner of wildlife. The existing improvements were installed by a previous owner to establish a personal retreat and nature reserve, and to offer facilities for a limited number of guests, staff, and necessary equipment. More than 25 fincas, united under single ownership, are located in 3 clusters stretching from the base of the Diamante Falls to the leading edge of the coastal mountains.
