Marcus & Millichap has been chosen to exclusively market for sale the Honey Bear Lodge and Embers Lodge, two limited-service hotels located in the resort destination of Big Bear Lake, California.

Honey Bear Lodge is a 20-room property, consisting of 15 large apartment-style rooms and 5 cabin units. The property has undergone extensive renovations aimed at high-end boutique accommodations and is currently not operating. The planned renovation includes a full-service lounge where guests can relax and enjoy a light menu and beverages. The property is in the final stages of the renovation and will be delivered with most of the necessary materials for completing the planned renovation, including custom-built furniture. This allows the purchaser the flexibility to add their unique finishing touches.

Embers Lodge offers 9 units, consisting of 5 hotel-style rooms, 2 cabin-style units, 1 log cabin/lodge, and 1 large private owner's cabin. There is the potential to convert the office back into an operating unit if desired for additional revenue. Amenities include a large picnic and barbecue area, complimentary wi-fi and guest laundry facilities. The lobby features a fireplace, sitting area and complimentary coffee. Each guest room is well-equipped with a mini refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker and a working desk with lamp. Select rooms feature additional amenities such as a flat-screen television, fireplace, jetted tub, and a full kitchenette.
