Description

The UPP pad is on the site of the former 116-acre Mosier Dairy Farm, which has been undergoing significant redevelopment over the past 10+ years.

25 of the acres have been developed as the Shawnee Ridge Senior Living Community (52 units are currently built and occupied, plus approvals are in place to build at least 62 more).

81 acres are in the process of being developed as Smithfield Gateway, a mixed-use project (on 120 acres overall) that will include a large medical user, market rate apartments, retail, and senior housing – along with major on and off-site public improvements and investment.
