He successfully managed a real estate portfolio of various fortune 500 companies in multi market site selection for lease, renewal, build to suit, and investment/development projects as Director of Real Estate Services at Global Workplace Solutions/CBRE, Inc.
In 2016, he then created his own company, building on the relationships and reputation in creating value and accountability for key clients. And now, partnering with eXpCommercial provides a robust offering with scaling capabilities and innovative technology for the evolving landscape in commercial real estate with a current focus in the healthcare related industry.
He has completed over 285 lease and sale transactions in aggregate of over 3.2M square feet.
