I started, and continue my career, working for The Michael Kaim Team, which was ranked the #1 sales team in Ohio 2013, and #3 in the nation for all Prudential/Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Professional Realty sales teams most units sold throughout the country. I completed 24 transactions my first year in the business and sold 4 million dollars in properties. I am currently engaged in multiple commercial listings and sales, and am looking to expand my commercial business greatly in the next year.
My background covers serving 10.5 years in the Unites States Coast Guard active duty from 2002, currently a reserve at Coast Guard Station Fairport, student-athlete at John Carroll University, Eastlake North High School Graduate, born and raised in Mentor-on-the-Lake, Ohio.
I have three boys age 6, and twins that just turned 3 years old. I am greatfully married to my wife, Michelle. We live in Grand River, Ohio enjoying the beautiful shores of Lake Erie.
