Aaron Warkov is a Director in the Investment Sales Division of Ariel Property Advisors. In addition to originating and executing exclusive listings, he is responsible for leading business development and networking initiatives in Brooklyn, with a particular focus on the Red Hook, Carroll Gardens, Gowanus, Park Slope, Greenwood, and Sunset Park neighborhoods.

Mr. Warkov brings a vast amount of experience to his position, having sold many properties of various size and type throughout Brooklyn, including multifamily, industrial, mixed-use, office and development sites. Throughout his career, he has valued $1.5 billion in properties.

He has also contributed to articles for various publications, including The Commercial Observer and The Real Deal, and has been a featured speaker at commercial investment group events for discussions about South Brooklyn’s sales market.

Mr. Warkov is a member of the Real Estate Board of New York

Before joining the company, Mr. Warkov was a Senior Director of Sales at Cushman & Wakefield, formerly Massey Knakal Realty Services, where he served the Brooklyn real estate market.
