His experience and knowledge in the Global Hospitality and Multi-Family Industry serves to assist clients in navigating the rapidly evolving economy. Mr. Wien’s international business relationships are further enhanced and diversified by his multilingual ability with Spanish and English.

Mr. Wien has gained extensive experience in sustainable hospitality and multi-family projects. He has been responsible for taking projects from conceptual planning and design through design development, entitlement process, financing, construction, economic stabilization, disposition and sales of major projects. He has worked on a wide variety of project scopes, from small-scale domestic commercial and residential properties to large-scale mixed-use developments.

Mr. Wien is also a principal at Emerald Skyline Corporation which assists developers and building owners in the evaluation and implementation of sustainable real estate strategies specializing in the hospitality industry.

Previously, Abraham Wien was a Founding Partner of RE/MAX Commercial Realty and the Director of RE/MAX Hotels Worldwide. RE/MAX Commercial has over 3,000 Commercial Practitioners in more than 90 countries with 460 Commercial Offices and Divisions. Prior to ReMax, Mr. Wien was the Director and Founder of the Lodging and Hospitality Group for Colliers International in Miami as well as a key member of Colliers Multi-Family Advisory Board. Mr. Wien also was a principal of Arriva Development Group, a Florida real estate development corporation that specialized in the development of multi-family properties. Under his direction, Arriva Development Group designed and built many multi-family rental communities in South Florida.
