Adam is an Associate with Rosano Partners San Diego. His brokerage practice focuses primarily on hotel and office building transactions.

Prior to joining Rosano Partners, Adam worked in the legal services industry for almost a decade, working with and advising investors, tech startups, and small businesses on complex corporate, tax and real estate matters. This has enabled Adam to provide clients with additional perspectives and powerful insights, necessary to fulfill their business and investment goals. A passionate deal-maker and skilled negotiator, Adam will get you the results you desire.

As an attorney, Adam remains an active member of the California Bar Association’s Business Law, Taxation, and Real Property Law sections. He is actively involved in the local San Diego community and serves as an Advisor to the Board of Directors for a private mid-market company.
