With more than 16 years of experience in the real estate sector, Adrian Diez is actually the Development & Land Service Manager at CBRE Panama. His career began in 1995 in the Real Estate Division of the Shahani Group. Thereafter, he became the Real Estate Representative of McDonald’s Corporation for Panama, Central America and the Caribbean, carrying out country growth studies, market feasibility analyses and sales projections for opening new sites. In Panama, he was in charge of expanding McDonald’s presence in Colon and the interior of the country.

In 2001, at the Trade & Investment Company, Adrian Diez continued in the commercial real estate sector offering integral services that, in addition to seeking locations, included: market and feasibility studies, strategic growth plans for fast-food franchises, supermarkets, banks and gas stations, as well as setting up cellular telephone networks in the country.
