I'm a commercial real estate broker. I head the Mid-Atlantic Retail Group of Bull Realty. We track retail properties from Greater Philadelphia in Pennsylvania to Hampton Roads in Virginia. On any given day, my team and I are running sophisticated analytics on sites and submarkets, physically inspecting properties, and speaking or meeting with investors, lenders, buyers, sellers, and space users to uncover opportunities and to give our clients the added benefit of an informed perspective that only comes with deep local market knowledge, and to contribute to value creation and impact. To get deals done in other property types, I regularly meets and partners with other brokers from Bull Realty who each specialize in a specific sectors or services to provide timely, accurate, vital information, brokerage services, and guidance to private and public sector clients in all phases of a commercial real estate investment’s lifecycle, including pre-development, development, acquisition, marketing, disposition, as well as special assets & REO services.
I'm veteran of the U.S. Army Quartermaster Corps and I hold an MS in real estate, an MBA in marketing, a BA in economics, and am a certified negotiator.
I have 25 years’ experience in real estate sales and financial analysis.
