Alan Zucco joined Besen Partners in 2011 as Director of Investment Sales. Within his first four months, Zucco closed his first deal in a $6,400,000 transaction at 261 East Kingsbridge Road. Mr. Zucco received the “Rookie of the Year” award shortly after joining Besen. He has since had closed transactions which equate to $150,000,000 in aggregate sales in a short period, mainly multifamily and mixed use in The Bronx.

Prior to joining Besen, Zucco worked as a commercial real estate sales broker at NAI Friedland. Zucco operated his own hardware store business for 23 years, where he conducted business with many local landlords.

Mr. Zucco was born and raised in New York City and currently resides in Rockland County with his wife and four children. His hobbies include collecting records and cycling. Mr. Zucco is fluent in Spanish.
