Alana Crumbley is a licensed Realtor in the state of Florida with experience in commercial transactions such as business brokerage, investment properties, leasing, and beyond. Her background consists of interior and architectural design as well as sales and hospitality experience. She has an understanding of engaging with architects, engineers, general contractors, investors and other commercial professionals. Her design portfolio is made up of senior living complexes, retail, restaurants, and other commercial projects which made her transition into commercial real estate fluid. While a portion of her sales, hospitality, and design experience took place in Chicago, the majority of her involvement and relationships are present in the Tampa Bay area and among associations such as ULI, CCIM, FGCAR, and more.
Crumbley’s goal, as a commercial agent for Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Florida Properties Group, is to help people make the best decisions for their businesses and investments, allowing her customers to move onward and upward towards achieving their goals. She continues to become more involved with the Tampa Bay community and loves meeting new faces.
Alana is proud to call Florida home. She enjoys spending as much time as possible in nature as well as with her family. In Crumbley’s downtime, she is an abstract artist and loves to visit design centers and art galleries, surrounding herself by others’ creativity.
