Alberto “AJ” Jauregui is president and owner of Nevada Land Commercial Real Estate (Nevada Land) with more than 32 years of experience in real estate and development. He has performed assignments as land acquisition, development analysis, architectural design, corporate and individual real estate tenant representative, asset manager, developer, consultant and strategist, marketing commercial and investment real estate properties. Alberto received diplomas in architectural design and real estate appraisal in 1983 and has earned the professional designations of Certified Commercial Investment Member (“CCIM”) and Certified International Property Specialist (“CIPS”). He served as a board member of the Las Vegas Nevada CCIM Chapter and is a member of the Associated Owners & Developers (“AOD”) and has served as a speaker at various educational panels.
