Mr. Zarfino is a highly qualified and results oriented professional with 15 years of experience in industrial operations and over 7 years in the vacation real estate business. During his industrial years, he worked as a director in the textile manufacturing industry in Uruguay. He also worked in the food industry in Spain as director of production and operations.

His experience as an industrial engineer and director prepared him well for his transition into real estate. In 2007 he began his role in vacation real estate sales working for TM Real Estate Group, based out of Alicante, Spain. TM has been named best developer in Europe numerous years. In only 3 years, he was promoted to project director of TM´s first project in Mexico.

Since 2010, Mr. Zarfino has lead the most innovative and successful luxury, mix-used real estate resort in Playa Del Carmen, The Fives Residences.
