Alexander “Alex” Frants joined Besen & Associates in May 2000. Besen & Associates is a full service commercial real estate firm which specializes in real estate investment sales, retail leasing, financing, and management. Besen & Associates has annual sales nearing $1 billion, and currently manages over 2,000 apartments, 200 stores, and 725,000 square feet of office space.
Alex began his real estate career in 1994, handling residential sales in a full-service real estate company in Brooklyn, New York. When his deal making in commercial sales started to overtake his existing business in residential sales, he joined Besen & Associates.
Alex always brings his experience, knowledge of real estate laws, and professional approach to the table. He creatively structures transactions to meet all involved parties’ objectives. Alex, an expert in market research and analysis, is a proven deal-closer with excellent interpersonal communication. His experience includes brokering multifamily residential, shopping centers, net leased assets, office buildings, transitional housing facilities, mixed-use properties, commercial buildings and development sites. Though Alex specializes in investment sales across the greater New York area, he has completed numerous transactions in Connecticut, Florida, and New Jersey.
Alex Frants is a graduate of Odessa University in Ukraine and holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Science. He is fluent in Russian.
