Alexander Bernaldo is President of Americas Commercial Real Estate and has over 20 years of experience as a commercial real estate broker. Mr. Bernaldo helped establish Americas CRE as one of South Florida’s premier brokerage firms.

Throughout his career, Alexander Bernaldo has been recognized as one of South Florida's top Industrial Realtors by South Florida Business Journal, the Daily Business Review and CoStar among others. He is a member of the Commercial Board of Realtors at the Miami Association of Realtors, member of the National Association of Realtors, the Florida Association of Realtors and the Commercial Industrial Association of South Florida. Mr. Bernaldo’s expertise and experience in sales, leasing, tenant and landlord representation, investments, consultation, marketing and property management of industrial real estate has earned him the international designation to the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR), what is now considered the highest international designation that exists in the commercial real estate industry.
