Alexander Curry is a member of Marcus and Millichap’s National Hospitality Group working out of the firm’s Austin office. Alexander has more than three years of experience in financial modeling & real estate valuation. As a Financial Analyst, Alexander analyzes deals, authors pitch books and advises senior associates on hospitality investments in over 26 states. Currently, he is working with the firm’s top producing hospitality group, The Miller-Gomes Hotel Team; which has generated over $700 million in hospitality transactions throughout the nation.

Alexander started his career at a boutique full service commercial real estate firm that specialized in Joint Ventures, Syndications, Acquisitions and Property Management of distressed opportunistic investments across diverse product types.

Prior to Alexander’s professional career, he attended The University of Texas at Austin earning a BBA in Finance. His financial aptitude with savvy business acumen enables him to effectively advise on market trends and investment metrics.
