Alicia is a Delaware native and a University of Delaware graduate. After college, she worked in Financial Services at ING Direct, servicing and selling both loan and deposit products for the bank and quickly worked her way up to management. She began her Real Estate career in 2007, working full time as a Residential Agent and in 2015 made the transition into Commercial Real Estate to work alongside her brother, Andy Fox, and become part of the DSM family. Alicia mainly focuses on the sales and leasing of retail and industrial properties, but enjoys all aspects of the Commercial industry.

When she’s not working, she enjoys spending time with her family and adorable nephews (Max & Will), or engaging in any sort of outdoor activity.
