Alicia is an Army Retired Veteran and a long-time resident of the CSRA since 2007. She completed her military service at Fort Gordon from 2007-2009 and dedicated her time to becoming an expert in the area. She has served the community as an AmeriCorps VISTA. Also, she volunteered at the Food and Clothing Banks for Faith Outreach Church in Augusta.

Having previously worked in the local area of the real estate for eight years, she knows the market and is ready to assist commercial clients with their needs. Alicia was recently sworn in as a CASA serving Richmond County and the surrounding area.

Alicia enjoys building community relationships, family, and traveling.

Alicia is a member of the CREIPS ( Commercial Real Estate Investor Property Specialist), The NCREA (National Commercial Real Estate Association), MRP (Military Relocation Professional), and ABR (Accredited Buyer Representatives), and is continually educating herself in commercial real estate and market trends.
