Amy Nitao as a commercial real estate professional, investor, and business opportunity specialist. She purchased her first investment property at age 21 and started her own consulting company, Kaname, LLC in 2015. Amy has assisted numerous clients in Greater Southern California, Los Angeles & Orange Counties. Experienced in Owner/User requirements, investments, and business bulk sales, including cafes, restaurants, beauty salons, and professional services offices.

A recent addition as and experienced advisor for eXp Commercial, Amy’s goals are to maximize the client’s needs and prepare for future growth with Dispositions, Acquisitions and Development of Commercial Real Estate.

She is also a Certified Life Insurance Agent, Certified College Funding Specialist and Certified Financial Education Instructor (CFEI) specializing in Retirement Strategy Planning, College Funding, Financial Education and Asset Protection for executives.

In 2017 she became an executive producer for Song Lang (2018), a feature film shot in Vietnam, which has been screened at several prestigious international film festivals and has won 54 awards to date. She also invested to publish 2 books, Song Lang - Behind the curtain in 2019 and 2020.
