Brad Bonkowski and Andie Wilson have been the top producing agents in their office for over fifteen years, working to do whatever is necessary to provide consistent, exemplary service. Brad has extensive experience with commercial and residential land purchase and development, as well as investment sales. Andie's expertise is in industrial sales and leasing and multi-family investments. Both have the CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) designation. Working together interchangeably, they have the knowledge and experience to service the complete needs of all their clients.

Brad currently serves as Carson City Supervisor, Ward 2. He was voted Realtor of the Year (awarded to one Realtor a year) by the Sierra Nevada Association of Realtors in both 2002 and 2007, the only time a member of the association has received the award twice. Brad was a member of the National Association Of Realtors Strategic Planning Committee from 2008-2010, working with the National leadership team to formulate policy to protect real property ownership rights for all. Brad served as the Treasurer of CREW (Commercial Real Estate Women's Network) during that time as well, and sits as a current board member of the Northern Nevada chapter of CCIM. He served as SNAR's Treasurer for five years. Brad also served on SNAR's Budget & Finance and Investment Committees, as well as the Nevada Association of Realtors Investment Committee.

Andie currently sits on the Northern Nevada NAIOP (National Association of Office and Industrial Properties) Board. She also currently serves on the Board for the Western Nevada Boys & Girls Club. She was voted Realtor of the Year for the Sierra Nevada Association of Realtors in 2004 and served on the Board of CREW of Northern Nevada from 2003 - 2010, serving as President in 2007. She served as President of the Northern Nevada Chapter of CCIM in 2008. She is a graduate of the Nevada Association of Realtors Leadership program. Andie received her Bachelor's Degree from San Fransisco State University.

Both Andie and Brad are deeply committed to being of service in their community, including being founding members of the Commercial Real Estate Committee for the Northern Nevada Development Authority, focusing on bringing industry, jobs and economic development to the Sierra Region.
