Andrew Bland, in his second year with Colliers, brings unique experience to the Colliers Landlord Office Leasing Team in San Francisco.

His prior experience in the Fintech sector working with Retail & Institutional Investors, along with his experienced background in residential mortgage origination & investment property lending & sales has set the foundation for developing key relationships among a wide spectrum of industry participants.

Throughout this volatile year, Andrew has developed an expanding network of tenant broker relationships and a “Jack of all trades” approach to property marketing/virtual tour shooting.

Andrew received his B.A. in Economic Development & Mortgage Securitization from the University of California, Berkeley.
