Andrew comes to eXp Commercial as an alumnus of Eastdil Secured, where he participated in $15.3 billion of investment sale underwriting on over 300 retail, office, and industrial properties nationwide. Most recently, Andrew advised owners, buyers, tenants and business owners on the sale, buy, and lease of commercial real estate throughout Southern California with Allied Commercial Real Estate.

With expertise in analyzing contracts, lease agreements, operating financials, financing instruments, and structured CAM reconciliation schedules, Andrew develops proprietary cash flow valuation, financing, joint venture, and development models for his clients to enhance decision making, identify opportunities, and underwrite investments to closing. On the tenant representation side, Andrew guides tenants large and small through the process of acquiring space to rent. From lease dissection, property analysis and tenant application packages, Andrew focuses on preparing Tenants to succeed in their new business home.

Believing that a well-rounded approach to real estate provides a competitive advantage, Andrew has additional experience in asset management for real estate partnerships, was a senior mortgage underwriter with digital startup Better.com, and is a real estate investor himself.
