Anne Parsons is a seasoned commercial real estate professional with more than 25 years of experience in structuring to create value and positioning assets for disposition.

Throughout her career, she has worked exclusively in the Office and Industrial vertical as either a principle/agent or buyer/seller so she understands the dynamic needs of all parties.

Since working with owners on Investment Sales, Anne has assisted corporate users to better understand the best utilization and cost of capital in their real estate assets through the purchase, sale, or lease restructuring of their operations. In connection with this process, she has been able to assist investors with understanding the value of these long term investments.

Prior to working in Investment Sales, Anne was responsible for asset and property management on investment portfolios in Atlanta GA, Washington DC, and Philadelphia, PA. Anne has closed and financed numerous investment transactions on office and industrial properties including stabilized properties, historic buildings, land development, and value add properties.

With her background in Asset and Property Management, her clients are able to take advantage of her expertise in finding solutions and creating value.
