Graduate of UC Santa Barbara, 1991. Entered the mortgage industry in 1994. I experienced most aspects of the servicing area from collections, loss mitigation, bankruptcy, secondary marketing, etc. Moved to mortgage sales in 2002 and started a small brokerage in 2005. After the mortgage crash I shifted to buying and selling REO properties. I am currently buying and selling commercial real estate.
