I bring over 30 years of professional experience in sales and customer service with extensive knowledge in the Hospitality, Real Estate, Mortgage lending and Banking industry.I have been working as a Commercial & Residential Agent for Prudential Americana for nearly 8 years, which now has been bought by "Berkshire Hathaway" a Warren Buffet Company.I have been involved in many commercial transactions including the sales of industrial warehouses, multi-family complexes, retail & office leases as well as many residential properties. I have been in the "Top Five Sales Agents" in my office for last 3 years and sold for well over $15 Million in commercial Sales in the last 2 years.I was born and raised in Holland in a little place called Maastricht about 2 hours south of Amsterdam. After Hotel & Business Trade School, I traveled the world working as a bartender in several large Hotels like the Hard Rock Hotel, Mandalay Bay and the Venetian/Pallazo Hotel & Resort and some top Restaurant s , including a five year stint on five star cruise ship in all continents of the world! I spent a lot of time in South Africa, Australia and Asia.
I settled in Las Vegas in 1994, and I have worked in the hospitality industry as well as banking, finance and commercial & residential real estate sales ever since. I speak Dutch, German, (rusty) French, Afrikaans, and English, which I believe have been instrumental in my success.
