At SVN/RealStar Advisors, based in Scottsdale, AZ, Art’s brokerage is focused on Multi-Family, Office, SFR (Single Family Residential portfolios) and Land development. Art assists domestic and foreign investors with the acquisition and disposition of commercial real estate in the Arizona market and throughout the US using the SVN network of 1,200+ brokers. Art began his commercial broker career in 2001 with Phoenix-based GPE Commercial Advisors (now Avison Young-Phoenix) handling retail and NNN lease investment transactions.

As a teenager, Art gained a broad understanding of real estate and construction while assisting his father and grandfather build single-family homes in Western Pennsylvania outside of Pittsburgh. Before moving to Arizona, Art and his brothers were co-owners of a small multi-family complex. Art’s CPA accreditation brings a strong understanding of the financial analyses and attention to detail required for successful commercial real estate investing.

Art and his wife, Jamie, have lived in the Phoenix area since 1997 and currently reside in Cave Creek along with their rescue dogs. In his free time, Art enjoys reading, volunteering with an animal rescue, attending the Phoenix symphony, and gatherings with family and friends to watch Arizona Cardinals and Pittsburgh Steelers games.
