I am a retired civil engineer and an active California real estate broker. Between 1969 and 1990 I practiced civil engineering, was involved in urban planning and development and became project manager in charge of development and construction of residential, commercial and recreational projects. In 1990 I became a real estate broker and have since been practicing in the field of real estate brokerage. I started working with ERA Real Estate and then formed my own real estate company. In 1997 I joined The Summit Real Estate Group that was purchased by Prudential California Realty and now has changed name to Berkshire Hathaway Home Services, California Properties.For the past 24 years I have been involved in Commercial Real Estate Brokerage. I represent buyers, sellers, tenants and landlords in commercial real estate transcations. The areas of my activity are Orange, San Diego, Riverside and San Bernardino Counties in Southern California.
