Atsuko Yube is a Principal Broker and Managing Director of Global Estate Link. She specializes in the acquisition and disposition of multifamily and hospitality investments. She is originally from Japan and with her language skills and the understanding of culture, she serves a large number of both institutional and individual clients from Japan and other Asian countries providing the level of service each client requires with analytics that ensures her clients have an inside track to off­ market deals. Atsuko is a Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS) and is also a long-time member of AREAA, the Asian Real Estate Association of America (www.areaa.org). She served as 2015 AREAA Silicon Valley Chapter president and is an elected 2020 AREAA National Treasurer. She is also a board member of AREAA Global Inc., a for-profit arm of AREAA helping the members get connected in real estate business globally. She is also the chair of the Global Business Council at Silicon Valley Association of Realtors and a candidate member of CCIM, the prestigious commercial designation.
