Becky Klingele has a BS degree in Public Health and worked in grant-funded positions right after colleged. After buying and reselling her own first couple of homes, she fell in love with real estate. Becky was a successful agent for 13 years at the top real estate firms in Terre Haute before recently starting her own company – Preferred Realty LLC. With experience in Residential, Land, and Commercial Sales and Leasing, and also Property Management, Becky can meet your needs in all aspects of real estate.
Becky is a member of two Realtor® associations – the Terre Haute Area Association of Realtors® and the Metropolitan Indianapolis Board of Realtors® which gives her immediate access to more statewide data. As an avid reader, Becky keeps up with trends in an always-changing market, which helps her to negotiate better and achieve her clients’ goals.
Becky and her husband Tom Klingele have flipped numerous houses over the years and enjoy the variety of tasks required. Her favorite genre has been the mid-century modern ranch, and her favorite room to remodel is the kitchen – the heart of the home.
Becky has a passion for serving the community and volunteers in politics and numerous nonprofit organizations. She also enjoys hiking with her black lab. Her favorite real estate quote credited to Will Rogers is, “Don't wait to buy real estate. Buy real estate and wait.”
