I am a Commercial Real Estate Broker and I focus on assisting businesses in the St. Louis region with identifying the right building for their business needs. Along with identifying the right building, I also assist with the negotiation process and structuring the terms, coordinating the move with architects, moving company, etc. and offer ongoing assistance throughout the term of the lease.

On the Landlord side, I assist property owners with filling their properties with credit-worthy tenants by implementing an aggressive marketing strategy as well as reaching out directly to tenants that would be an ideal fit.
