Redwood Capital Advisors LLC (RCA) & its affiliates were founded in 2009 as a private family office & boutique consulting firm. By 2015, RCA transaction volume exceeded US$20mm with ~120 units owned & under management.

New subsidiary, Century Ridge Capital Partners LLC (CRCP) formed to take advantage of proprietary owner relationships to directly acquire off-market assets.

In 2016, RCA and CRCP were formally inducted into he prestigious Forbes Real Estate Council.

From 2017 - 2019, RCA received Real Estate Developer of the year awards three years in a row from the Pleasantville Chamber of Commerce & received placement in the "Hall of Fame" for renovation & repositioning of 343 Manville Road in Pleasantville NY.

Throughout 1H19, RCA assisted CRCP in raising $10mm of committed capital to improve liquidity, shorten the closing process, & achieve economies of scale as recent monetization events of prior assets have resulted in generous returns for stakeholders.
