Ben Sullivan, born and raised in Knoxville, has been active in Commercial Real Estate since 2004. Mr. Sullivan has represented a variety of clients in their property acquisition and disposition strategies and specialized in the sale of retail shopping centers throughout the southeast. Ben moved to Nashville in 2014 to join Market Street Retail Advisors. A graduate of the University of Tennessee, he married his high school sweetheart.
