As a Realtor at KW Commercial, Ben Tracy is dedicated to helping and coaching his clients to achieve their goals through successful sales, investments, leasing, tenant and landlord representation, focusing in the office, medical, dental, retail, industrial, and fitness sector of commercial real estate. He enjoys helping tenants or buyers by listening, assessing their needs, creating reliable valuations and then finding them the best place to achieve maximum efficiency and production in their business.

Ben started his career in residential Real Estate at Keller Williams for 6 years. He then furthered his career, moving to ALTUS Commercial Real Estate Inc. After 3 years with ALTUS, Ben is excited to be back at Keller Williams in their Commercial division.

Mr. Tracy studied Real Estate, Marketing, and Entrepreneurship at Madison College. He is currently earning the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM), which is held by less than 4 percent of commercial brokers nationwide, Accredited Commercial Office Manager (ACOM) through the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM), and he is also earning the Certified Business Intermediary (CBI) through the Institute of Business Brokers Association (IBBA). In addition, he also has achieved the Broker Price Opinion Resource and Seller Representative Specialist Designations. He is an active member of the Commercial Brokers Group; Commercial Association of Realtors Wisconsin; Wisconsin Realtors Association; and Realtors Association of South Central WI.
