Bennett Holman is an Associate with Matthews ™ and works alongside his leads, Sonny Molloy and Jared Kaye. His area of specialization is investment sales of single-tenant net-lease throughout Georgia.

Prior to Matthews ™, Bennett was a part of the Fellowship Program at Marcus & Millichap, which is a highly selective program and one of the most competitive entry-level commercial real estate programs in the country. The fellowship program only accepts one individual per a limited number of offices during the selection process with over a hundred applicants. The 24-month program provided training and mentoring with direct hands-on experience in commercial real estate sales and financing. During his tenure at Marcus & Millichap, he aligned with Sonny and Jared and provided immediate value through his relentless work ethic and professional approach which allowed him to execute multiple transactions within his first 14 months in the business.

As a 4th generation Atlanta native with deep market knowledge, he capitalizes his familiarity with commercial nodes through Metro Atlanta to advise and maximize opportunities for clients. He leverages his ability to use his local expertise to complement his national market knowledge.

He embodies Sonny and Jared’s philosophy which starts with a client-centric and relationship-driven attitude. Hyper-focusing on client objectives, followed by specific advisory services to provide tailored solutions. They thrive on daily consultations and embrace the opportunity to support their clients. He aims to build on the southeast retail track record, including $486 million in closed retail transactions in Georgia which includes 91 closed net-lease transactions, and $3 billion in total closed transactional volume throughout the country.
