Beth, a native Chicagoan, has more than 30 years of combined professional experience in sales, planning & development, and architectural design. Over the years she has worked in the private, public, and nonprofit sectors on a variety of projects from gut rehabs to restorations to new construction. She has expertise in navigating historic preservation projects through local government processes and revitalizing communities in blighted areas of the city. Beth has the ability to collaborate with multiple constituencies, including government officials, developers, and community leaders, to achieve desired goals and deliver creative, economically viable, and sustainable projects.
