Scope of Service Experience
Retail/Land Development, Office, and Leasing Specialist. Clients include or have included Massage Envy, European Wax Centers, OHC (Oncology Hematology Care, Inc.) PNC Bank, Steak & Lube, Harley Davidson, Verizon, Veterans Administration (VA), Dickey's BBQ, Aldi Foods, Honey Baked Ham, United Imaging, and Garnish Catering, Tire Discounters. I have also sold Warehouses and Movie Theaters along with Land for development. Currently working with Developers to fill Out Parcels and inline stores for new and developed Shopping Centers and Repositioned Shopping Centers. Working with Hotel and Apartment developers along with Professional Doctors-Dentist-Lawyers in Rental and buying Land for their own use. Working on new Day Care facilities in the Ohio area. Have sold Church property and working on relocating other Church organizations.

Background & Experience
