Bob Basen started his real estate investment / development career in 1975 in the South Bay region of Los Angeles County. In 2004, after many successful Multi-Family projects in the Beach Towns of Los Angeles County, Bob relocated his development company to the High Desert.

In 2010 Bob brought his many years of marketing and developing experience to Coldwell Banker Commercial, Real Estate Solutions.
