Robert (Bob) Wilson is the Managing Principal and Broker-Owner of “Wilson Realty Group” with over 30 years of unparalleled, comprehensive real estate experience.

Upon graduating from USC in 1985 with a Bachelor’s of Science in Business Administration and an emphasis in Real Property Development & Finance, Bob Wilson began a career in commercial mortgage banking and real estate with an emphasis in originating, underwriting and placing commercial real estate loans secured by all types of income-properties including apartments, retail centers, office buildings and industrial parks. As a commercial mortgage banker for some 30 years with Wallace Moir Company (now Pacific Southwest Realty Services) and George Elkins Company (now Walker & Dunlop), Bob successfully arranged and closed well over $1 Billion in income-property loans dealing with correspondent life insurance companies, banks, credit unions, pension funds and Wall Street institutional lenders. Bob Wilson’s commercial mortgage banking experience also includes loan servicing, negotiation of loan workouts/modifications and management of real estate owned.

Bob’s real estate career has been equally impressive with total sales approaching $100,000,000 and lease values approximating $1,000,000.

Bob Wilson, married to Bonnie Wilson since 1990, has resided in Orange, CA since 1996 and has raised two children, Jessica and Bradley, in Villa Park schools with Jessica going on in college graduating from UCSB and now a successful CPA with KPMG while Bradley is hoping to follow in her path after completing his education at Chapman University. Bob Wilson is an active sportsman following all professional and local college teams, and served for many years as a volunteer coach for Orange-Villa Park Girls Softball and Villa Park High School. Currently Bob Wilson is a diehard water polo fan following his son Bradley’s high school playing career at Villa Park High School, Vanguard Club out of Huntington Beach and Chapman University.
