Brendan Dal Col is an Investment Sales Professional at Ariel Property Advisors. He is responsible for executing exclusive listings and facilitating business development initiatives with a primary focus on Hunts Point in The Bronx.

Prior to joining Ariel Property Advisors, Mr. Dal Col was an Acquisitions Associate at Conrad Investment Management, a private equity firm that specializes in affordable housing and mass timber developments. While at Conrad, Mr. Dal Col was responsible for underwriting potential workforce housing opportunities, building acquisition and development models, and market research. Before joining Conrad, Mr. DalCol worked in acquisitions at WB Property Group, a family-run owner-operator based in SoHo where he sourced investment, financing, and new business opportunities as well as created multifamily value-add models for potential acquisitions.

Mr. Dal Col earned his bachelor’s degree in Economics and Finance from Bentley University and his master’s in Real Estate Finance and Investments from NYU’s Schack Institute of Real Estate. Mr. Dal Col is an avid New York sports fan.
