A serial entrepreneur since the age of 19, Brian showcases his love for real estate through multiple business ventures and investment portfolios across North Central Florida.

For over 13 years, Brian has worked to develop a successful real estate investment business in the Gainesville area. In addition, he was named Vice President and Director of National Operations for the nation's largest independent real estate title search company. This experience has provided unique insights into real estate transactions that have carried over into his growing realty business.

In 2016, Brian made the shift into real estate by becoming an agent. Throughout 2018, he has completed 43 transactions and cumulated a total of over $10 Million in volume. In addition, Brian has expanded his team to include an Assistant & Transaction Coordinator and Residential Buyers Agent to support his additional focus on commercial real estate in North Central Florida.

As part of Thomas Group Realty, Gainesville's award winning brokerage, Brian was recently selected to be featured in Florida's Top Agent Magazine.

He and his wife Rachael, a native to the Gainesville area and local dentist, are committed to the community and support several local charities through both time and donations. They are directly involved with St. Francis House, Salvation Army, Junior Leagues Miracle on Main Street, and Habitat for Humanity.

In January 2017, they welcomed their identical twin boys, Samuel and Maxwell, to their family. An exciting time for the Oens, they love being able to raise their children in the wonderful Gainesville community. Outside of work, Brian enjoys time outdoors, traveling, and spending as much time as he can with friends and family.
