Brian Peterson has been a lifetime resident of the Warsaw area, and as such has had plenty of opportunity to gain extensive knowledge of the community and also be an active member of it. He serves as a member of the local YMCA’s Board and previously served as President of the Baker Youth Club board. Brian’s longtime residency in the Warsaw/Winona Lake area has afforded him a heightened knowledge of the turf, yet he can take on tasks that extend beyond the area with ease.

Another credit to Brian’s skills is the 15 years of corporate marketing/sales experience that he has logged. Brian is also distinguishable as a member of the Kosciusko County Board of REALTORS® and the Multiple Listing Services, as well as a top 10 percent producer in the county since 2011. When he’s not hard at work, he can be found on the golf course, on the lake, or simply spending quality time with his family. Honest, knowledgeable, and service oriented, Brian understands that being a REALTOR® is about much more than just getting both parties to sign on the dotted line.
