Brittany Danahy is a commercial real estate professional focusing on the leasing and sale of retail, office, and investment properties throughout the Mid-Atlantic region. Brittany was the Mid-Atlantic real estate manager for Chipotle Mexican Grill (covering MD, DC, VA, NC) before moving to DSM Commercial to lead their Rehoboth Beach office. Ms. Danahy earned her CCIM designation in 2010 making her one of the rare 6% of real estate professionals considered to be an expert in the commercial and investment real estate industry.

Brittany graduated from the University of San Diego with a degree in business and real estate in 2004. Since then, she has worked for national brokerage houses including Marcus & Millichap, Grubb & Ellis, SVN and Emory Hill, a NAI affiliate prior to joining the boutique firm of DSM Commercial. Brittany has over 10 years’ experience in the real estate industry and has formed many relationships with real estate and office tenants and investors over this time.

When she is not going after the next greatest real estate deal, you can find her playing on the beach in Rehoboth with her two children, biking with her husband, running with her dog or sweating through a hot yoga class.
